Garlic Protects Smokers from Lung Cancer

According to Chinese researchers from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, the risk of lung cancer in smokers is reduced by 30 % with regular use of raw garlic at least twice a week.

Garlic has almost no effect on non-smokers. Chinese scholars have pointed out that the effect of garlic is dose-dependent: the more of it you eat, the more it protects you.

The only problem is that the abuse of garlic can have negative social consequences.

In addition, Chinese researchers have found two more good habits that reduce the risk of developing lung cancer: exercise and green tea.
